1. What Data We Collect
When you create an account and use Satoshi Empire, we may collect the following information:
- Account credentials: your email address and a bcrypt-hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Optional profile information: name, phone number, country, Telegram username, and/or X (Twitter) username — only if you provide these during signup or in your profile settings.
- Bybit API key and secret: stored AES-encrypted at rest. These are used solely to place trades on your Bybit account on your behalf.
- Trade history: trade data pulled from Bybit on your behalf, used to calculate profit-share billing and display your account statistics.
- Referral codes: codes you generate or use during signup.
2. What We Do NOT Collect or Have Access To
- We do not have withdraw access to your funds. API keys you provide must have Read + Trade permissions only. Withdraw permission must NOT be enabled — we will never ask you to enable it.
- We never see your Bybit account password or two-factor authentication codes.
- Your funds always remain on your own Bybit exchange account. Satoshi Empire never holds, custodies, transfers, or withdraws your funds at any time.
- We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics SDKs that share data with other parties, or sell your data to any third party.
3. How We Store Your Data
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Your Bybit API key and secret are AES-encrypted at rest in our database.
- Our database is hosted on a private VPS with restricted access.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Operate the automated trading bot on your behalf on your Bybit account.
- Calculate and bill the profit-share fee applicable to your pricing tier.
- Send you account-related communications (verification codes, support responses).
5. Third-Party Services
- Bybit: your exchange where trades are executed. Your API key is used to place and monitor trades.
- BTCPay Server: used for invoice payment processing. We do not share your personal data with BTCPay beyond what is necessary to generate and process an invoice.
We do not share your personal data with any advertising networks or analytics providers.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies only — these are set when you log in and are used to maintain your login state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
- Data export: you may request an export of your account data at any time by emailing support@satoshiempire.com.
- Account closure and right to be forgotten: you may request account closure via Contact or by emailing support@satoshiempire.com. Upon closure, your account is deactivated. A final-figures snapshot (profit totals, trade count) is retained for our records; all other personal data associated with your account is removed from active systems in line with our data-retention policy.
